その他の枕素材に関しては直射日光にあてると黄変や物性劣化を起こす可能性がありますので、天日干しはお控えください。日光があたらない、風通しの良いところで十分に陰干ししてください。

ご家庭でお洗濯が可能です。
お洗濯の際は、ファスナーを閉じて洗濯ネットをご使用の上洗濯していただき、洗濯後は形を整えて干してください。
また、濡れた状態で長時間放置しないでください。

枕がご自宅に届きましたらまずは同封の取扱説明書をご一読ください。
枕の高さをご体格に合わせるために、説明書記載の「自動計測システム」のQRコードがございますので、アクセスしていただき、ご体格データを入力していただくと、お客様の体格に適合した枕の高さが表示されますので、取扱説明書に記載しております高さごとの枕の素材を組み替えてご使用ください。
自宅のマットレスの状況によっては高さが適合しにくい場合がございます。その場合は「自動計測システム」で算出された高さから+5mm、-5mmを試してみてください。

整形外科枕専用枕カバー以外の枕カバーをご使用の場合には、寝心地や枕の高さに影響が出る場合がございます。
なるべく付属のカバーや別売している「整形外科枕専用枕カバー」、「整形外科枕ドクターズピロー専用枕カバー」をご使用いただくことを推奨いたします。
