1.How to order

Step 1 Product selection

Select your desired option on the product page.


Step 2 Shopping Cart

Check the items in your cart, and if you're happy with them, press the button to proceed to the next step.


Step 3 Specify delivery address

Please enter your contact email address and shipping address. Click "Proceed to choose shipping method" and if there is no problem with the shipping information, click "Proceed to payment".


Step 4 Select payment method and billing address

You can choose from credit card, Amazon Pay, or bank transfer as your payment method.

If you would like to specify a different billing address, select "Use a different billing address" and enter it.

When you have finished entering your information, please press the "Confirm Order" button, confirm the entered information, and then press "Complete Order".


Step 5 Order completed

All order procedures have now been completed.
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, so please check it.
If you do not receive an order completion email within 2 business days, please contact us here with your order number.
You will receive a shipping notification email at a later date.

We ship by courier (Sagawa Express or Japan Post). You can not specify the delivery company.

Once your package has been shipped, we will notify you of your package number via email.

About delivery date

Your ordered product will normally be shipped on the next business day after your order is confirmed.

Regular holidays are Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and orders placed the day before those days will be shipped the next business day after the regular holiday.

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on business days will be processed as orders from the previous day, so orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day.

About delivery time specification

If you would like to specify the arrival date, please enter it in the "Notes" section of the order confirmation when placing your order. If you leave it blank, it will be delivered as soon as possible.

Regarding the delivery date, based on the business calendar at the bottom of the page, the delivery date is 2 days after the next business day of the order date, and 7 days after the next business day for "Orthopedic Futon" and " Orthopedic Futon" products. Thank you.
