When you purchase this product, you will receive a shipping bag from our co-developing company, Maruhachi Mawata, so please pack the futon in that bag and send it to us. (A cash on delivery slip is included, so there will be no additional shipping charges)

It will be renovated at Maruhachi Group's futon cleaning factory. It will take approximately 50 days from the time you send it to the factory to renovate it and return it to us. *During the busy season (May to August), it may take a little longer.

①For the side fabric, use 1000 orthopedic futons.

②We will add up to 200g of feathers if necessary.

③The cleaning method is a premium down wash method in which each customer's futon is washed individually.

*Additional feathers are not treated with the water-repellent treatment that is applied to new orthopedic comforters.

*The finished product will be completed approximately 50 days after receiving the order (it may take a little longer during the busy season (May to August).)

Refreshing process

①Reception ~ Registration In order to ensure that the down comforter we have received is returned to the customer, we will receive the arrival of the product and create a medical record.

② Cut the fabric on the feather extraction side and use the power of air to extract the feathers from the futon one by one into a large bag.

③Cleaning/dehydration/drying
Each feather is placed in a washing machine, washed directly with a special detergent, dehydrated, and dried. Before washing, the feathers will be tangled and ball-like, but after washing they will loosen up and become fluffy.

④Dust removal After long-term use, we remove the causes of reduced futon functionality, such as feather fibers that have fallen off.

⑤ Replenishment of feathers Deteriorated feathers are removed and high quality feathers are added. We replenish feathers that have been lost during the dust removal process, and replenish feathers according to customer requests.

⑥Inserting The refreshed feathers of the customer are passed through a double safety device and are accurately weighed and added one square at a time to the new side fabric.

⑦Inspection - The refresh process is completed after detailed checks by quality inspectors with shipping experience. We apply the same strict safety management standards as new down comforters. Safety and security are the most important qualities we promise to our customers.
