When you purchase this product, you will receive a shipping bag from our co-developing company, Maruhachi Mawata, so please pack the futon in that bag and send it to us. (Since a cash on delivery slip is included, there is no additional shipping charge for this price)

The futons are washed at Maruhachi Group's futon cleaning factory. After the futon arrives at the factory, it is washed and delivered two weeks later.
