ご使用方法

Product name: Blend essential oil for good sleep

Drop the oil into a diffuser such as an aroma lamp. Set it next to your bed in your bedroom about 15 minutes before you go to sleep. 1 tatami mat = 1 drop is the standard.

Product name: Pillow spray Seisen

Spray it on your pillow before going to bed. We also recommend spraying it on your bedding or indoors.

Product name: Dr Aroma Bath Seisen

Add 25g (approximately half a capful) to your home's bath water (approximately 180L), stir well, and take a bath.

Please increase or decrease as appropriate depending on the amount of hot water.

You can also use it to wash your face and hair.
